This is the web site of CustomGifts.pro.

The server does not automatically collect identifying information of any visitor.

We collect the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations. NO identifying information is collected on visitors who browse the site.

The information we collect is used for internal review and for allowable marketing purposes, to improve the content of the site, to customize the content and/or layout of the site for each individual visitor, to notify consumers about updates to the site, disclosed when legally required to do so, at the request of governmental authorities conducting an investigation, to verify or enforce compliance with the policies governing this site and applicable laws or to protect against misuse or unauthorized use of the site, to a successor entity in connection with a corporate merger, consolidation, sale of assets or other corporate change respecting the site.

With respect to cookies: CustomGifts.pro uses non identifying visitor cookies to provide site information based on date, time, geographical location, browser and version, screen size, sessions and other internet related criteria. These cookies do not identify the user in any way NOR DO THEY TRACK YOU AFTER LEAVING THIS SITE.

If you do not want to receive e-mail from us in the future, please let us know by sending an e-mail using the contact system. If you choose to opt out of site notices, all content relating to your account including product listings, reviews and recommendations will be deleted.

With respect to Ad Servers: we use an in house server, fully controlled by me, with no 3rd party access to identifying data whatsoever.

If our information practices change at some time in the future we will post the policy changes to the site to notify you of these changes and provide you with the ability to opt out of these new uses. Customers may prevent their information from being used for purposes other than those for which it was originally collected by e-mailing me using the contact system.

Upon request we provide site visitors with access to unique identifier information (e.g., customer number or password) that we maintain about them, transaction information (e.g., dates on which customers made purchases, amounts and types of purchases) that we maintain about them.

With respect to security: When we transfer and receive certain types of sensitive information such as financial information, we redirect visitors to a secure server at our PROCESSOR – PAYPAL and you will see the SECURE PAYPAL url in your browser bar. we do NOT collect nor retain any financial information whatsoever.
